About Our Company

Apex was started in early 2015, we are young company. However do not mistake this for lack of experience. Our driver’s and staff are all trained in driving techniques and safety, as well as exceptional customer service. It may sound peculiar to have a passion for parking, but rest assured Apex possesses this passion.

 

The ultimate goal and vision for Apex is increasingly fair wages to all employees while providing top level service to our clients. Apex believes in a solid foundation and partnership with its employees. Much like giving back to the community, to build a successful business and to have consistent exceptional service; you must first have a core partnership with your employees – giving back as much if not more then received.

 

Apex will start as any new business does – small, building on community partnerships to increase potential for contracts. Networking and community involvement will be essential to the growth of the company.

JasonSrigley – Director of Personnel

Jason was chosen over myself for the Valet position at the Delta in 2014. The first time I applied he beat me! It was for good reason and Jason has proved he was always deserving of the position ( I’m not bitter!).

Jason has been an integral leader and trainer as a Valet attendant and has taught me many things. He went to Fanshawe for Police Foundations and then after Laboratory Tech. and made honour roll for both. Life, however, isn’t about fitting into a checkbox – Jason helped show me this fact. I believe soon after he realized his passion was customer service and sales.

He is a natural people person, with a touch of knowing exactly how people work. Born and raised in London, he knows the area, venues, and contacts. Jason is friendly, professional and knowledgeable… What more could you want?

Konstantin Rabich– Director of Account

Yet another team mate whose friendship and working relationship developed from Delta. Kon was born in Germany and moved around before settling in Ontario at age 13. He then moved to London and went to UWO and completed his Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a Specialization in Finance and Administration in 2015.. whatever that is.

He has since started his career in his field of study but still devotes time and amazing efforts to Apex. All I know is that with all those big words in his official degree, he will definitely be an asset to our team. (I joke of course, he works hard and is well-educated) We bonded quickly after I learned he had a GTI, and I then went and bought one myself, 6 months later. Konstantin holds the record within Apex for Top speed. (NOT IN A GUEST VEHICLE ) 280km/h – Porsche Cayman 4S – Driving experience – AutoBahn. ( I am bitter. )

Konstantin is personable, goal driven, and hard working… we look forward to having him on board.

Jim Marchant – Director of Sales

I met Jim through a mutual friend when Jim thought Valet would be a great job. From the moment we met, I knew we shared the innate Customer Service bug. Being personable and helpful comes naturally to him, as naturally as parking did for him as a young man. His father used to own a car dealership – so care of vehicles has been ingrained in his DNA. Let’s think about parking for a second – he used to park dealership cars.. That is the epitome of professional, clean, straight, safe parking.

Oh and he has an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing from Conestoga! Jim is compassionate, easy going, and diligent… Sounds like a triple threat, no?
